Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy defines what you may and may not do with the Cladior platform, SDK, proxy, and API. It applies to all Developers integrating Cladior into their products and to all Users of Cladior-connected apps.

Prohibited use

You may not use Cladior to:

• Meter, facilitate, or monetise illegal content or services under Nigerian law or the laws of the jurisdiction where your users are located.
• Operate gambling, lottery, or wagering products without a valid licence in every jurisdiction where the product is available.
• Distribute malware, spyware, ransomware, or any software designed to harm, surveil, or defraud users.
• Conduct phishing, social engineering, credential theft, or any form of identity fraud.
• Circumvent Cladior billing, manipulate session data, or spoof byte counts to misrepresent usage.
• Resell or sublicence access to the Cladior SDK or API without a written agreement from Cladior.
• Abuse Cladior infrastructure through automated high-frequency requests designed to trigger billing events artificially.
• Use the platform to process payments for or on behalf of sanctioned individuals or entities.

Restricted categories

The following categories require prior written approval from Cladior before integration:

• Financial services products (lending, investment advice, insurance, regulated payments).
• Healthcare or medical information services that provide diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or advice on regulated substances.
• Products directed primarily at users under 18 years of age.
• Political advertising, campaigning, or voter-targeting products.
• Adult content platforms.

Developer responsibilities

Developers are responsible for:

• Ensuring their App and all content it delivers complies with this policy and with all applicable laws in every jurisdiction where the App operates.
• Disclosing to their users what data passes through the Cladior proxy, in their own privacy policy and in a manner consistent with applicable data protection law.
• Setting rates that honestly reflect the value being delivered. Rates structured to drain wallet balances faster than value is delivered are prohibited.
• Keeping their registered App details (name, description, domain) accurate and up to date.

Enforcement

Cladior may suspend or terminate access for any account that violates this policy. Where a violation is severe, suspension may occur without prior notice. For less severe or first-time violations, Cladior will notify the Developer by email and allow a reasonable period to remedy the issue before taking further action.

Repeated or intentional violations may result in permanent termination and forfeiture of pending earnings above the minimum payout threshold. Cladior reserves the right to audit usage patterns and request documentation from Developers to confirm compliance.

Reporting violations

To report a suspected violation by another Developer or User, contact trust@cladior.com. Include as much detail as possible: the App name or domain, the nature of the violation, and any evidence you can share.

Changes

We will notify Developers by email at least 7 days before any material change to this policy. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
